111Publishing is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals, and recognizes the need of people with whom we do business and employees for the appropriate management and protection of any Personal Information that you agree to provide to us. Our Privacy Management Plan includes guidelines on collection, storage, use and retention of any of your Personal Information we might have while conducting business with you.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the personal information it collects and uses is accurate and complete. Individuals providing personal information will have the opportunity to review and correct their personal information, and on written request by an individual to whom the information relates, 111Publishing will modify the information as required.

We store personal information using hard copy and/or electronic means in such a way as to prevent unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure or disposal of the personal information. All Employees and third party staff who in any way handle or manage Personal Information have acknowledged and agreed to adhere to our strict company Privacy Code and the procedures which support the code. You can use our services as a reader, author, online retail customer or to sign up for marketing consulting seminars. We do collect only the absolute necessary Personal Information, such as your name and your email adress or your phone number, if you booked consultations. An exception are contracts with our authors where we ask for their full adress. All purchases such as e-books or seminars will be made through PayPal – where customers can use their credit cards for any transactions directly through PayPal. We do not use any cookies and information for email and name are only taken when you: register for a seminar on our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out an online form. What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used ONLY in one of the following ways: The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and also updates pertaining to your order or registration, in addition to receiving very occasional company news or updates.

How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you either register, place an order or enter, submit, or access your Personal Information.

“We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.” This does not include trusted third parties (such as PayPal for sample) who assist us in conducting our business, or servicing or operating our website, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe that the release is appropriate to comply with federal law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
